Data-deletion instructions
You may ask Cheatr to access, correct or delete personal data associated with you, or to withdraw your WhatsApp communication consent.

What to include
- Your full name.
- The phone number used with Cheatr, including country code.
- Whether you want access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion.
- Any context that helps us locate the correct record, such as an event or form you joined.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, take proportionate steps to verify your identity and tell you when it is complete. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days unless applicable law allows or requires more time.
Deletion removes or anonymises information that is no longer required. We may retain a minimal suppression record so Cheatr continues to honour your opt-out, plus records required for security, dispute resolution or law.
Urgent communication opt-out
State clearly in your email that you want WhatsApp marketing stopped. Cheatr will treat the request as a consent withdrawal even if a broader deletion request is still being verified.
